Oneloveyoga

onelove.yoga  seeks to build bridges between yoga and the people that need it. We are here raising awareness of our Spring Forward Campaign that will help us fund after school yoga programs for youth. Our goal is 5,000 for this campaign. Would you consider helping us show up for the well-being of children in the Twin Cities. These programs teach children to connect to themselves, express emotions, learn self calming techniques, build community and offer them a safe space to be for an extension of their school day. Together we can change the world one child a time. 

Our Mission is to bring yoga and wellness to communities with limited access to its healing. We believe in the healing powers of re-establishing mind/body connection and seek to remove the suffering caused by barriers that come from economic hardship, systemic bias and prejudice.  

Our Vision: Together we can change the world by empowering our fellow human beings to become more healthy, mindful, and connected through yoga, education and community.
